Two small potted pieces under one listing, and the option says which you are choosing. The bonsai is 9.4 in (24 cm) tall and 5.5 in (14 cm) across, a twisted dark trunk in a white rectangular pot with a bed of moss, in plain green or with blossom in magenta, pink, purple, yellow, orange, orange-red, or green and white. Three of the green ones differ in shape rather than color, cascading, upright and spreading, and the option names them.
The flowering pot is a different, smaller thing: 5.5 in (14 cm) tall and 3.9 in (10 cm) across, a cluster of open flowers over green leaves in a round white pot, in pink, red, orange, purple or yellow. It weighs about an ounce. If you are buying for a particular spot, check which of the two sizes the option names before ordering.
Both come with their pot, planted and finished, so there is nothing to assemble. Our makers give the material as plastic. Nothing needs watering, feeding or pruning; dust it now and then with a soft brush. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades artificial foliage of every kind, and treat it as an indoor piece.

What is the difference between the bonsai and the flowering pots?
Size and shape. The bonsai are 9.4 inches tall and 5.5 inches across, with a shaped trunk and a spread canopy. The flowering pots are 5.5 inches tall and 3.9 inches across, small, round and dense. Every option name says which one it is.
Does it come with a pot?
Yes, every option. The plant is fixed into its pot and topped off, so it arrives ready to put down. Nothing to plant and nothing to assemble.
There are two "cascading" green bonsai. What is the difference?
Nothing we can see. Our makers list them as separate options at different prices and point both at the same photograph. We have named the dearer one "alternate" rather than pretend there is a difference. Buy the cheaper one.
How do I look after it?
Dust with a soft brush. Nothing to water, nothing to feed, nothing to prune. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades the color over time.
How long will delivery take?
Each piece ships tracked, direct from our makers' workshop, and delivery is free across the US. What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
