A faux areca palm with arching fronds on a single bound stem, sold as a bare plant to set into a planter of your own; the baskets and pots in our photos are not included. Three sizes, 26, 32 and 35 inches tall with 12, 18 or 24 fronds, each one piece that opens out and shapes by hand once it is unpacked. Stand it in a basket with a little filler and it reads as a small palm beside a sofa, in a sunny hallway or on an office floor.
The fronds are molded plastic in a natural mid-green and made for indoor rooms. Heights are measured with the fronds pointing straight up; spread them wider for a fuller look and it sits a few inches lower. Allow around an inch either way on measurements, and colors can render slightly differently from screen to screen.

Does it come with a pot?
No. It arrives as a bare plant on a single bound stem, made to set into a planter of your own; the baskets and pots in our photos are not included. Any planter with an opening of about 4 inches or more works; add pebbles, sand or a block of foam to hold the stem upright and weight the base.
Will it actually look real?
That is the only question worth asking about an artificial plant, so we photograph every piece in a real room rather than against a white background. What you see is what arrives. Leaves are shaped individually and the color varies slightly from stem to stem, the way it does on a living plant.
How do I set it up?
It is one piece: unpack it, hold the stem, and open the fronds out from the center, angling the lower ones downward and the upper ones up. The fronds hold whatever shape you give them. Heights are measured with the fronds pointing straight up, so a fuller, wider shape sits a few inches lower.
Can I use it outside?
It is made for indoor rooms. A covered porch or a sheltered balcony is fine; left in direct weather the color will fade and the fronds can work loose.
How do I look after it?
Dust it every few weeks with a soft brush or a hairdryer on the cool setting. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, which fades the color over time. Reshape the fronds with your hands whenever it needs it.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we photograph every piece in a real room, list the exact height of every size in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through the contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two sizes, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
