A broad-leaved tropical plant in the strelitzia or bird-of-paradise shape: long paddle leaves rising from a single gathered base, the silhouette that reads as a banana plant from across a room. It is made in sixteen heights from 26.6 in (65 cm) to 55.9 in (142 cm), with leaf counts from eight up to thirty-six, so the same plant can be a modest corner filler or something close to a small tree.
The leaves come in three styles. Green is smooth and fresh, with fine veins. Deep green, ribbed is darker, with pronounced wavy ribs and paler undersides. Variegated has yellow marbling running along the leaves. Each size's photograph shows the plant in the style you pick.
It ships as foliage only, with no pot, no soil and no base, and the height quoted is the plant itself, measured from the base of the stems. Stand it in a floor vase or a planter you already own; the thirty-six-leaf size is wide as well as tall and wants a container with real weight to it.
Our makers give the material as silk. Nothing needs watering, feeding or pruning; dust it now and then with a soft brush. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades artificial foliage of every kind, and treat it as an indoor piece.

What do the option names mean?
Leaf style first, then size. Green is a smooth, fresh green with fine veins. Deep green, ribbed is darker, with pronounced wavy ribs and paler undersides. Variegated has yellow marbling through the blade. The size gives the height, then the number of leaves: "35.4 in, 24 leaves" is a plant 35.4 inches tall with twenty-four leaves. Two plants are 37.8 in with 15 leaves; one is green and one is deep green, ribbed.
Does it come with a pot?
No. Every option is a bare plant on a bound stem, made to set into a planter of your own; the baskets in our photographs are not included. Weight the base with pebbles or sand; the 4.5 foot sizes are top-heavy in a light pot.
Can I use it outside?
Our makers list it for indoor use. A covered porch or sheltered balcony is fine. In open weather the silk fades and the leaves work loose.
How do I look after it?
Dust with a soft brush. The leaves arrive folded against the stem; open each one out by hand and give the blade a gentle curve, which is what stops it reading as flat plastic.
How long will delivery take?
Each piece ships tracked, direct from our makers, and delivery is free across the US. What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
