A woven seagrass plant basket in three sizes, from 6.1 in across and 4.3 in tall up to 7.9 in across and 6.3 in tall. The rope is coiled in two tones, a paler band around the top over a darker weave below, and the walls are soft enough to push back into shape after a box. It is made to hold a nursery pot rather than to be planted into.
Each basket is woven over a waterproof liner, so a watering that runs through the pot stays in the basket instead of on the shelf. The base is flat and the sides stand up on their own. No plant and no pot are included; the plants and the fruit in the photographs are there to show the size.
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry in the air. Keep it out of standing water and out of the rain: seagrass holds damp, and a basket left wet will mark. Sold for indoor use, and the size guide in the gallery is drawn to the size you choose.

What are the three sizes?
Measured across the top and then top to base: 6.1 x 4.3 in, 6.9 x 4.7 in and 7.9 x 6.3 in. The bases are 4.1, 5.5 and 5.9 in across, so each one stands on its own.
Is it lined?
Yes. There is a waterproof liner inside every size, which is what lets you water a pot without lifting it out. It is a liner, not a sealed pot: empty a saucer's worth into it, not a jug.
Can I plant straight into it?
We would not. Soil against seagrass stays damp and the weave will rot from the inside. Drop a nursery pot in instead, which is what the liner is there for.
Is a plant included?
No. The basket arrives on its own. The plants and the fruit in the photographs are there to show the size.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
Will it look like the photographs?
We photograph every piece in a real room rather than against a white background, and the picture changes with the option you choose, so what you see is the one that arrives. Color on a screen is the one thing we cannot promise: a matte white reads warmer under a lamp than it does on a phone.
How long will delivery take?
Each piece ships tracked, direct from our makers' workshop, and delivery is free across the US. The estimated arrival dates shown beside the Add to cart button are calculated for an order placed today, from the carrier's current estimate. Tracking lands in your inbox once your order is moving, and you can follow every scan from our Track your order page. Ordering for a deadline? Send us a message through our contact page first and we'll confirm timing before you commit.
What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece, we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we photograph every piece in a real room, list the exact size in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through the contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch.
