Every order ships fully tracked. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see every carrier scan, from the first hand-off to delivery at your door.
Where to find your tracking number
It is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves our makers’ workshop. The Track your shipment button in that email opens the same tracking page directly, and if you checked out with an account you can also sign in and open the order from your order history.
What to expect
Orders ship direct from our makers’ workshop. The estimated arrival dates shown on the product page when you ordered are the best guide to when your parcel will land. It is normal for tracking to stay quiet for a few days while the parcel is between the origin hub and the US; once it clears into the country the scans come through more often. Delivery is free across the US.
If something looks wrong
If the tracking has not moved for more than a week, or the parcel arrives damaged, tell us through our contact form with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
