Every order ships fully tracked. Enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to see where your parcel is and which carrier is bringing it to your door.
Where to find your tracking number
It is in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order is dispatched. The Track your shipment button in that email opens the full journey, scan by scan. Enter the number here to see where your parcel is now and to follow it with the carrier making the delivery. If you checked out with an account you can also sign in and open the order from your order history.
What to expect
Orders ship direct from our makers. The estimated arrival dates shown on the product page when you ordered are the best guide to when your parcel will land. It is normal for tracking to go quiet for a few days on the way; the scans come through more often as the parcel gets closer to you. If your order has more than one piece, each is boxed and tracked on its own and can arrive on a different day. Delivery is free across the US.
If something looks wrong
If the tracking has not moved for more than a week, or the parcel arrives damaged, tell us through our contact form with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
