Twenty-five rose heads on wire stems, plus two leaf sprays, the set you buy when you are building the arrangement yourself rather than buying it finished. Each head is 3.1 in (7.9 cm) across on a 7.4 in (18.8 cm) wire stem, 8.5 in (21.5 cm) from the cut end to the top of the flower. The two leaf sprays measure 7 in (17.7 cm) tip to tip.
The petals are molded foam rather than fabric, which is why the heads hold an open, rounded shape instead of flattening, and why the stems can be trimmed shorter or bent to a curve without the flower losing its form. That makes them the usual choice for bouquets, buttonholes, table runs, arches and wreaths, anywhere a head needs to sit exactly where you put it.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
