A slim artificial bamboo branch with narrow nandina-shaped leaves, made in three heights: 30.7 in (78 cm) as a single stem, 43.3 in (110 cm) with two branches, and 55.1 in (140 cm) with three. The leaves are set in loose sprays along a bare woody stem rather than massed at the top, which is what gives it the airy, willowy look of a young bamboo rather than the density of a bushy plant.
It ships as a branch on its own, no pot, no soil and no base, one branch per order, and the height quoted is the branch itself. It is meant to be stood in something you already have: a tall floor vase, a weighted planter, or a basket. Because the stem is slim, a container with some weight to it will hold the taller sizes upright more reliably than a light one.

What is the difference between the three sizes?
Branch count as well as height. The 30.7 inch option is a single stem, 43.3 inches has two branches and 55.1 inches has three. The taller options are fuller as well as taller, so the three-branch size fills a corner where a single stem reads as one cutting.
Does it come with a pot?
No. Bare stems, made to set into a planter of your own. Weight the base with pebbles or sand, particularly at 4.5 feet.
Can I use it outside?
Our makers list it for indoor use. A covered porch is fine; in open weather the color softens and the leaves loosen on their stems.
How do I look after it?
Dust with a soft brush. It travels folded; open the branches out by hand and bend the canes where you want them, and they hold the shape you give them.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number.
