A round-headed fan palm with pleated, deeply cut fronds radiating from thin stems: the Chinese fan palm shape, dense enough that the head reads as a sphere of green rather than a handful of leaves. Two sizes: 29.5 in (75 cm) with eighteen fronds, and 33.1 in (84 cm) with twenty-four.
It ships as foliage only. The variant photographs show it as a bare gathered bunch of stems, with no pot, no soil and no base, and the height quoted is measured from the bottom of those stems. Some of the listing's other photographs show it standing in a black nursery pot or a woven basket; neither is included, and you will need something of your own to stand it in.
Our makers give the material as plastic. Nothing needs watering, feeding or pruning; dust it now and then with a soft brush, working outward along each frond so the pleats do not catch. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades artificial foliage of every kind, and treat it as an indoor piece.

Does it come with a pot?
No, and this one is worth stating plainly, because our makers' own title says "floor standing potted" and three of their photographs show it in a pot. It does not include one. We checked that against the listing's own reviews before publishing this page, and our photographs show it as it actually arrives: a bare plant for a planter of your own.
How big is it?
Two options: 29.5 inches with 18 fronds, and 33.1 inches with 24. The taller one is fuller as well as taller. Height is measured with the fronds pointing up, so opening them outward for a wider shape sits it a few inches lower.
Can I use it outside?
Our makers list it for indoor use. A covered porch is fine; left in wind and sun the fronds work loose and the green softens.
How do I set it up and look after it?
It is one piece. Unpack it, hold the stem and open the fronds out from the center, angling the lower ones down and the upper ones up. Dust with a soft brush every few weeks and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
