How much do I actually get?
Each strand is 6.5 feet (2 m) long. The shorter option is two strands, 13 feet in total; the longer is five strands, 33 feet. They are separate strands rather than one continuous length, so you can run them end to end or hang them side by side.
What is the difference between the four leaf styles?
A pointed leaf, a rounded leaf, the classic lobed ivy leaf, and a marbled one with pale variegation running through it. All four are the same length and much the same density; what changes is the leaf shape and, in the marbled case, the color.
Can I use them outside?
Yes. The maker lists them for outdoor use, and they take cable ties, hooks or a staple gun. Strong sun will soften the color over time.
They arrived flat. Is that right?
Yes. They travel folded, and they look thin and unconvincing straight out of the packet. Shake each strand out and run your fingers down it to separate the leaves. It takes a couple of minutes, and it is the difference between a garland and a piece of string.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number.
