Ten faux pampas stems, each 18.5 in (47 cm) tall with a soft feathered plume of about 11.8 in (30 cm), so roughly two thirds of the stem is head and the rest is a slim bare stalk. They arrive flattened for shipping; run your fingers up each plume once and it opens out to the width you see in the photographs.
Choose white or cream at checkout. Ten stems fill a floor vase on their own, or split them between two or three smaller vessels for a quieter effect. No vase is included, and the length quoted is the stem itself, so allow for however deep the vessel is.
Our makers give the material as silk. Nothing needs watering or feeding; shake the dust out now and then, or run a hairdryer over the plumes on its coolest setting. Keep them out of prolonged direct sun, which fades artificial fibers of every kind, and treat them as an indoor piece.

How many stems do I get, and how long are they?
Ten stems per pack, each 18.5 inches (47 cm) long from the cut end to the tip of the plume. Ten stems fill a narrow vase on their own; two packs give a full, loose bunch.
Does it come with a vase?
No. The stems ship on their own, so they can go into whatever you already have. The wire in each stem holds a bend, so they can be shortened or curved to fit.
Will the plumes shed?
They arrive compressed in the packaging and open out over a day or two; shake each stem gently and the plume fluffs back. Real pampas drops seed heads all over the floor; these do not.
How do I look after them?
Shake the dust out, or run a hairdryer over the plumes on its coolest setting. Keep them out of prolonged direct sun. No water, no light.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
