A faux bird of paradise with broad, ribbed banana-style leaves on tall stems, sold without a pot so it can go straight into the planter that suits your room. Five sizes from 26 to 44 inches, with 12 to 24 leaves; the two tallest carry the same leaf counts as the middle sizes on longer stems, so choose by height first and fullness second. Each leaf is about 9 by 4.7 inches with a printed vein and a slight curl, and the whole plant arrives flat-packed: the leaves slot onto the stems in a few minutes.
Suited to indoor rooms and covered outdoor spots: a landing, a bathroom corner, a shaded patio. Weight the planter with pebbles or sand so the taller sizes stand firm. If it will live somewhere breezy, a dab of glue where each leaf meets its stem keeps everything in place. Heights are hand-measured, so allow around an inch either way, and colors can render slightly differently from screen to screen.

Does it come with a pot?
No. Every size ships without a pot, so it can go straight into the planter that suits your room. Weight the planter with pebbles or sand; the taller sizes are top-heavy in a light pot.
Will it actually look real?
That is the only question worth asking about an artificial plant, so we photograph every piece in a real room rather than against a white background. What you see is what arrives. Leaves are shaped individually and the color varies slightly from stem to stem, the way it does on a living plant.
What arrives in the box?
The stems and the leaves, flat-packed. Each leaf pushes onto its stem: a few minutes for the whole plant, no tools. The fit is a friction fit: fine indoors, but if the plant will live somewhere breezy, a dab of glue where each leaf meets its stem keeps everything in place. We'd rather tell you that now than have a leaf drop on a windy afternoon.
Can I use it outside?
Yes, in a covered or sheltered spot: a porch, a patio corner, a balcony out of the wind. Glue the leaves on if it will catch a breeze, and expect the color to soften over a summer in strong sun.
How do I look after it?
Dust the leaves with a soft cloth or rinse them under a tap and shake dry. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, which fades the color over time. Press a leaf back onto its stem if one works loose.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we photograph every piece in a real room, list the exact height of every size in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through the contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two sizes, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number. For ten or more, ask us for a trade quote through our contact page.
