Eighteen large, rounded elephant-ear leaves on slim green stems, gathered at a single base and standing 39.4 in (100 cm) tall. The leaves are the wide, gently lobed kind with a deep central vein, so the plant reads as one big soft mass of green rather than a collection of separate fronds. It fills a corner at roughly the height of a side table.
It ships as foliage only. The size chart states plainly that no pot is included, and the height is measured from the bottom of the stems, so you will need a floor vase, a planter or a basket of your own. Several of the listing's photographs show it in a patterned blue planter; that planter is not part of the order.
Our makers give the material as plastic. Nothing needs watering, feeding or pruning; dust it now and then with a soft brush. Keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades artificial foliage of every kind, and treat it as an indoor piece.

How big is it?
39.4 inches (100 cm) tall with eighteen leaves, one size only. Height is measured with the leaves upright; fanning them outward for a wider shape drops it a few inches.
Does it come with a pot?
No. It arrives as a bare plant on a bound stem, made to set into a planter of your own. Weight the base with pebbles or sand; the leaves are broad and catch the air.
Can I use it outside?
Our makers list it for indoor use. A covered porch is fine; the broad leaves take the wind badly in an open spot.
How do I look after it?
Wipe the leaves with a damp cloth: they are large and flat, so they show dust sooner than a fine-leaved plant. Open each leaf out by hand when it arrives and give it a slight curve. Keep out of prolonged direct sun.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number.
