The eighteen-leaf is both taller and fuller, and reads as an established specimen from across a room; the twelve-leaf is smaller and more open, and better where you want the wall behind it to show through. Leaves are molded individually, so the splits and the color vary a little from one to the next, the way they do on a living plant.

Two sizes, and the difference is height as well as fullness. The twelve-leaf plant stands 23.6 inches (60 cm); the eighteen-leaf stands 29.5 inches (75 cm). Both are measured from the base of the stems to the top leaf, and neither figure includes a pot, because no pot is supplied. If it has to fit a particular alcove or shelf, measure before you choose, or ask us through the contact page and we will help.

What if it arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
We put it right, and you don't send anything back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page, with your order number and a couple of photos, and choose between a replacement sent at our cost or a full refund. If the damage is minor and you'd rather keep the piece (a few crumpled leaves, a scuffed pot), we can offer a partial refund instead; that's your choice, never ours. And if the tracking shows your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, the same applies: replacement or full refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
No. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather say so plainly than bury it. Each piece ships direct from the makers' workshop to your door, and the journey back would cost more than the piece itself. That's why we describe every piece as precisely as the maker lets us, publish the dimensions we have in inches, show the estimated arrival dates before you pay, and answer questions through our contact page before you order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before dispatch. If you're torn between two options, ask us first and we'll help you choose.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
Yes, and it applies itself, with no code needed. Mix and match anything in the shop: any two pieces in your cart take 5% off each, three take 10%, and five or more take 15%, whatever the size or design. We place the whole order with the workshop at once, but each piece is boxed on its own, so the boxes can arrive separately, usually within a day or two of each other; we send you every tracking number.
